We are unable to process a refund unless the product has been delivered to you.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, refunds will only be eligible after the product is delivered and under the conditions outlined below.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate the return process, please email us via the contact us form with your order number and the products you would like to return or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Products damaged by the customer or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you are missing an item(s) that you ordered, received the wrong item(s), or if the products of your order are damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace the item(s) with shipping covered.

To Be Eligible for a Free Replacement:

  • You MUST provide our customer care team with a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in.

Damaged Items:

  • Take a picture of the condition of the packaging it was shipped in, as well as a picture showing the damage to the product for our team to review.
  • Replacements are up to our team's discretion. Minor defects or packaging damage may not qualify for replacement.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, crafting begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please reach out to us if there is an error in your order details or delivery address—we are happy to assist.


Product Never Arrived

Our estimated crafting and shipping time is 14–17 days. If your product has not arrived after this timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days for potential delays beyond our control.

If your product has not arrived after 21 business days from the estimated delivery date, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.


Processing Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed after we receive the product.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds (If Applicable):

  • Once your return has been handed off to the delivery carrier specified on your return shipping label, you must inform our customer service team that your return has been completed.
  • Our team will verify the shipping label has been received by the delivery carrier, and your refund will be issued once confirmed.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
